Intro to Residential Air Conditioning Course
The Intro to Residential Air Conditioning Course is an introductory course which was designed so you get basic theoretical knowledge that will give you the foundation of understanding to be successful and start working on air conditioning units. The course runs over 4 weeks, with 1 day per week.
After those four weeks are completed, you will know AC system component identification and will understand thoroughly what tools will be needed to work on these air conditioning systems. You will also learn basic troubleshooting and service standards, so you'll be fully ready to take this step on.
313D Air Conditioning Prep Course
The 313D Air Conditioning Prep Course is a course specifically designed for individuals who have not yet written or passed the residential air conditioning system mechanic exam in Ontario.
This course prepares you for the 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Exam, which will help you expand your career in servicing HVAC systems. Under Ontario law, in order to install or repair residential air conditioning systems you must have passed this exam.
Neither of these air conditioning training courses end in a license or any certification, however, the purpose is to prepare you to take the Mechanic Exam. After completing these courses you should be able to pass these exams with ease, and start this exciting step as an air conditioning technician.
